1 Introduction

Welcome to NCR PG ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

NCR PG acts as an online marketplace connecting users ("Tenants") with Paying Guest (PG) owners and property managers ("Owners").

2 Scope of Services

• Intermediary Role: NCR PG is a technology platform. We do not own, manage, or operate the properties listed. We are not a real estate agency or a party to any rental agreement between Tenants and Owners.
• Listing Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, property details (rent, photos, amenities) are provided by Owners. We do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of this data.

3 Bookings & Payments

Booking Process: When you initiate a booking request via the Platform, it serves as an expression of interest. A booking is not confirmed until accepted by the Owner.

Payment Methods:

• Pay at Property: Tenants may choose to pay the rent directly to the Owner upon visiting. In this case, NCR PG is not involved in the financial transaction.
• Online Payments (Token): If applicable, users may pay a token amount to reserve a bed. This amount is held according to the specific cancellation policy displayed at checkout.

4 Contact Limits & Subscriptions

To prevent spam and misuse, free users are limited to a specific number of Owner contacts (e.g., 5 free contacts). Once this limit is reached, users must purchase a Premium Subscription to access unlimited contact details. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

5 User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information (Name, Phone Number) during registration and booking.
• You agree to conduct yourself respectfully when visiting properties or interacting with Owners.
• Valid Government ID proof is mandatory for final move-in at all properties listed on NCR PG.

6 Limitation of Liability

NCR PG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Disputes between Tenant and Owner regarding rent, security deposit, or refund.
• Safety, hygiene, or quality issues at the property.
• Personal injury or theft occurring at the property premises.

Always verify the property physically before making full payments.

7 Cancellation & Refunds

Platform Fees: Any convenience fee or subscription fee paid to NCR PG is generally non-refundable.
Rent/Security: Refunds regarding rent or security deposits paid directly to Owners are subject to the Owner's individual policy and the rental agreement signed offline.
